With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the technology field, I’ve built my service around one simple mission: making technology less frustrating and more empowering for seniors. I know that phones, tablets, computers, apps, passwords, video calls, and online accounts can sometimes feel overwhelming, but with the right support, they don’t have to be.

I offer patient, one-on-one technology assistance tailored to each person’s comfort level and needs. Whether you need help setting up a new device, learning how to send emails and text messages, joining Zoom or FaceTime calls with family, troubleshooting internet issues, organizing photos, understanding smart TVs, staying safe from scams, or simply learning the basics.
